Even though Robert Collins won't be in the country, his tradition of the Sunday Yum Cha continues on the 21st. Anyone interested contact Lynne by no later than 10am Sunday please. We meet at around midday at Paddy McGuires Irish Pub at the Capitol Theatre in Central. (Follow the tram lines from Central station). Then it's on to Golden Harbour Restaurant in China Town for a 1pm Yum Cha (Dim Sum). After that? There are many things to do on a relaxed Sunday afternoon in the city!

Opera in the Domain (map of the Domain), Saturday January 27th, 2007: The event is free but crowded, people usually take along picnic blankets to claim their spot and picnic supplies for sustenance. It's worth taking a raincoat and good bags to shove everything into; getting out of the Domain events in a downpour is always slow and entertaining.
Sydney Festival events. The Sydney Festival is a month-long cultural festival in January. Events on after lca include: The Lost and Found Orchestra, Uncle Vanya and A Midsummer Night's Dream. See the free events too.
