The bulk order of Arduino compatible boards has closed, those that have requested boards can pick them up from Hugh at the conference. (hugh at blemings dot org)

A tarball of the example files, schematics etc. for the tutorial is here. The README has a list of packages (avr-gcc etc.) that you'll also need to install. The packages themselves are not in the tarball as they will vary by distro/architecture etc. tarball.
