Drupal Downunder 2012 took place 13-15 January, the weekend before linux.conf.au.
260 people attended the event, including about 40 speakers, and 15 volunteers.
We hired NextDayVideo to coordinate event audio visual, including recording video and upload to youtube.
Videos will also be uploaded to the LA mirror once the new hardware is ready.
In kind support from Internode and Xirrus provided conference wireless internet access.
Provisional conference Profit and Loss is attached.
Some sponsor funds have still not been received. Once those funds have cleared, we will contract out the video transcription.
